"Set as Default" button greyed on Rich Client Quick Search Personalize Tab

Detail
The "Set as Default" button on the Quick Search Personalize tab in Rich Client/Active Access is greyed out. "Restore Defaults" and "Save as Report" are operational. When changes are made to the fields to be displayed, or to the sort order, the button does not become active and user made changes cannot be saved as a new default Quick Search display.

Resolution
Necessary permissions have to be granted for the list_view table for that particular user for the issue to be resolved. To change security settings go to the "Security" business object in the Customization system.
